1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Reinstate (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Reinstate provides a software-as-a-service tool designed to monitor Shopify store health metrics and generate appeal documentation. While we use data analysis to predict suspension risks, we do not guarantee that your store will never be suspended, nor do we guarantee that our appeal letters will result in successful reinstatement. Use of our service is at your own risk.

3. Subscription & Billing

By signing up for a paid plan, you agree to pay the monthly fees associated with that plan. Fees are billed at the beginning of each cycle. We use Stripe for payment processing. You must provide a valid payment method. If your payment method fails, we reserve the right to suspend your access to premium features until billing is resolved.

4. Refund Policy

Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months of service.
Emergency Appeals: Due to the digital nature of the generated content, the $99 Emergency Appeal fee is non-refundable once the letter has been generated.

5. No Legal Advice

The appeal letters generated by Reinstate are provided for informational and administrative purposes only. They do not constitute legal advice. Reinstate is not a law firm. If you require legal representation or advice regarding intellectual property disputes or corporate compliance, you should consult with a qualified attorney.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Reinstate, nor its directors, employees, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service or the suspension of your e-commerce store by any third-party platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Reinstate in the 12 months preceding the claim.
